ABOUT DR. PAUL FUHRMAn

I grew up in a rural farming community in southern Illinois. My parents are both horticulturists who throughout my childhood exposed us to organic gardening, animal husbandry and hunting and fishing. My childhood consisted of taking care of our various animals, helping my family with our big garden, helping to cut firewood for the winter and hunting to fill up our freezer.

After graduating from the University of Illinois with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Biochemistry. I moved on to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida where I graduated Salutatorian and Summa Cum Laude.

Upon graduation, I moved to Long Beach, California where I practiced chiropractic, met my wife and had a son. After our son was born we felt a need to be closer to our families.

We have now settled in St. Paul to raise our two boys among family and friends. We have a passion for living a simple sustainable life, eating good clean food, and moving and being in nature.
